If you want to change your register email in Mobee, you can submit a reset request through the following official form:
Steps to Reset 2FA:
- Make sure you still have access to your Mobee account or the necessary personal data.
- Fill out the Change Email request form at the following link:

- After the application is submitted, our team will carry out the verification process.
- If the verification is successful, your Google Authenticator will be reset and you can activate it again.
