How to do Change Email on my Account ?
Welcome to Mobee, for problems changing your email. Please attach the following data so that it can be validated in our system for the security of your account:
- Selfie photo holding paper that says: your application date, your signature, the reason for changing your email and your KTP/KITAS
- Please provide your old registered email and your new email (make sure this email has not been used on our service)
