How to Reset Google Authenticator (2FA) for Mobee Account
If you lose access to the Google Authenticator app or cannot log in due to issues with the 2FA code, you can submit a reset request through the following official form:
Steps to Reset 2FA:
- Make sure you still have access to your Mobee account or the necessary personal data.
- Fill out the Google Authenticator reset request form at the following link:

- After the application is submitted, our team will carry out the verification process.
- If the verification is successful, your Google Authenticator will be reset and you can activate it again.
