How to sign up to Mobee?
Welcome to Mobee, here's how to log in to your Mobee account :
Open Mobee App
Enter your phone number
Click the Continue button
OTP will be sent to your phone, check your SMS inbox from CloudOTP sender
Copy the OTP code and paste it on the input field
Click the Verify button
Why I can’t get OTP via SMS?
Please check the following before sending OTP:
Make sure you have a good phone & internet signal to receive SMS
Make sure you input the correct number
Make sure the inbox/SMS on your phone isn’t full
Please do press the resend button if you still don’t receive OTP code after doing the 3 things above.
If you still have not received the OTP code, please contact us via Live Chat.
Once you have finished the phone number verification. You will be required to complete your Mobee account profile. Click the sign up banner to start.
Enter your personal data, email (make sure to enter the valid one) and create a password to protect the account
Once done, we'll be sending a verification email where you need to open and click the button to verify your email
Once your email is verified, it means that the Mobee account creation is completed
This is the very last step before you're able to trade. We need to verify your identity first.
Click "Complete KYC" banner on the homepage
Make sure to have your ID card with you for the document check
Once your KYC is approved, you'll be able to start depositing your funds and trade with us!
If you still have problems and it is outside our operational hours, please contact us via email: (customer.support@mobee.io). We will immediately reply to your email within 1 x 24 hours. Glad to help you
