Why did I not received an OTP via Email from Mobee?

Welcome to Mobee, if you do not receive an OTP code via email for authentication. Please follow these steps:

Make sure the email you entered is correct.
Check your spam / junk / promotion folder on your email.
Wait a few moments for the OTP email to arrive, it could take up to 2 minutes at max.
Tap resend email if you still have not received the verification link email after 2 minutes.

If after these steps you still have not received a verification link, please contact us via LiveChat.

Notes:
Please also make sure that:
Your email inbox is not full.
Your mobile network is active and has good/uninterrupted signal to receive the email well.

If you still have problems and it is outside our operational hours, please contact us via email: (customer.support@mobee.io). We will immediately reply to your email within 1 x 24 hours. Glad to help you
